Why Skin Care is so
important
in Your Daily Life?

Skin care is an unavoidable factor In modern day-to-day life, as it is a constant challenge to try to keep healthy and attractive.

If you live in a city or big town, you constantly face stimuli and obstacles from traffic, litter, ageing buildings, grubby public transport, plus a million other potential sources of infection.

And even if you live in a peaceful village or in the countryside, there is no hiding place from toxification and pollution. Insect bites, allergies, and traffic again – or simply the weather – can all damage your health and ends up in so many skin disorders. Finally you have to use some skin care products better if these are natural skin care products

Your skin is the frontline defence against infection, and a vital part of your appearance and well-being. So it must be protected and reinforced with special care. Aloe vera can help with this.

Aloe vera is an excellent preparation to use for skin disorders such as allergies, abscesses, fungal infections, pyoderma, and many types of dermatitis.

If you think about it, your skin is amazing, and is taken for granted. It is actually the largest organ in the human body. It is soft, flexible, waterproof and self-replacing. Without skin, all your insides would spill out of your body.

As an adult, your body may contain over two square metres of skin - about the size of a blanket. Its thickness varies between 0.5mm on your eyelids to 4mm-plus on the palms of your hands and the soles of your feet. In total, skin makes around 16% of your body weight.

Skin is alive. It consists of many thin sheets of layers of flat stacked cells which contain nerves, blood vessels, hair follicles, glands, and sensory receptors.

Skin works as protective wrapping. Along with a layer of fat underneath, it insulates you against bumps, bangs and wear and tear. It keeps germs and water out (unless damaged) and keeps fluids and salts in.

Skin creates and oozes out all sorts of liquids. Waxes and oils act as your body's natural waterproofer, and protect against germs.

Skin also contains glands which manufacture sweat. Sweat cools your body by evaporation, while also losing unnecessary chemicals.

Old cells are constantly pushed to the surface by new cells growing from below. When the old ones reach the top, they become wider and flatter as they get rubbed and worn by your activity. And eventually, they fall off like tiles blown from a roof by wind. After a month or so, your body has made a whole new layer of skin cells.

As time passes, you will age, with the number of collagen and elastic fibres in your dermis decreasing. And you lose fat from the tissue under your skin which means your skin becomes less elastic and begins to sag and wrinkle.

With all these in mind, it is clear that skin deserves special attention. That’s where aloe vera comes in. Skin needs extra attention to encourage the healing process, while avoiding infections. Use this herb as a natural skin care method.
