The main pre-symptoms include the elevation of blood sugar level higher than the normal, excessive fatigue, frequent urination, headache, high cholesterol and high blood pressure. It is must to consult a doctor if you are facing these kinds of symptoms before the disease reaches at severe level. As uncontrolled disease may prove hazardous to the health results into the problem such as loss of vision, nerves damage, blood vessels, and increase the chances of heart attack. There are some complications in the disease, which becomes hard to control and lead to pre mature death.
The glucose level of the patient increases after every meal but also returns to the normal level as the body cells remove excessive glucose from the blood stream. Insulin is one of the most important hormones of the body as it helps the body cells to take glucose in a proper manner.
Apart from taking medicines, the diabetic patient should take properly healthy diet that reduces the complications of disease to certain extent. Healthy diet also keeps the blood glucose level normal and makes the person physically fit. By eating right type of food and keeping full control on the weight, it helps the person to fight with the symptoms of diabetes.
The diabetic patient should also avoid the excessive use of the alcohol and smoking, which proves injurious to the health. It also raises some long term complications that also results into some skin infections, nausea and problem of ulcer. Therefore, the person who is suffering from this disease must also take low calorie vegetarian diet. Regular exercising is also must for the person who is facing the problem. Exercise helps in controlling the weight of body, reduce the risk factors associated with the cardiovascular, lowers the level of blood sugar ,reduces obesity and improves the over all health of the person. So eat healthy and exercise to control the disease.
